Scope: Custom Home Build
Description: We worked with the customer and his designer to construct this custom home with a detached double car garage in central Edmonton. The house is a 4 bedroom 3 and a half bathroom 1,700 square foot bungalow with 10 foot ceilings on the main floor, barrel vault ceilings in the entryway and dinning room, top of the line custom kitchen with Wolfe appliances, built in audio system in the kitchen, dinning room and living room, a 3 piece master bathroom with a steam shower and heated floors, in slab heating in the basement for comfort as well as energy efficiency, on demand hot water boiler as well as a forced air furnace with AC and HRV ventilation system.

Scope: Full Basement Renovation
Description: We worked with the home owner to bring his basement from the 90's back into the modern era. This nearly 2,000 square foot basement includes a custom walk in wine and beverage room with custom cabinetry, low voltage lighting to illuminate his wine display, a wine chiller, ice maker and beer fridge. The large washroom has heated floors throughout including the huge shower, custom vanity and a custom storage unit. We also moderized his TV viewing experience with a recessed components cabinet, an electric fireplace and a huge 75" 4k TV.
Scope: Total exterior renovation
Description: During the renovation we completely reworked the entire exterior of the casino including: resurfacing the roof, all new stucco, architectural stone work, along with custom wood working to match previously constructed canopy.
Scope: Brand new 20,000 square foot shop and 2 story office building
Description: This state of the art 20,000 square foot clear span building was built for Liftex to meet the requirements of their day to day operations. The shop was designed to aid in the assistance of the technicians to be able to work most efficiently. The attached two story office building houses all the offices, board room, training room, and lunch room for the company along with a large show room for the sale of equipment. We worked with the owner, who lives out of town, to make sure that his building met and exceeded his expectation.
Scope: Complete interior and exterior renovation including 2 bedroom in law suite in the basement
Description: Josh and Laura bought their bungalow in June 2015 and completely renovated the entire home. Major improvements include: open concept kitchen and living area, complete renovation of guest bathroom, restructured the master bathroom from a 2-piece into a 3-piece bathroom with walk-in shower, and built a walk-in master closet. On the exterior, improvements include: regrading the entire lot and placing new sod, stripping old stucco and replacing it with hardy board siding along with architectural stone around the foundation. Lastly, the unfinished basement was turned into a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom in-law suite.
Scope: 12,500 square foot Addition to existing Airplane Hanger
Description: This 12,500 square foot clear span structure is used to store business jets at the Villeneuve Regional Airport. This project also included a 40,000 square foot taxiway apron expansion with three exterior heated concrete aprons and a fuel storage containment area with oil/water separator tanks valued at $300,000. We had to work closely with the Edmonton International Airport (EIA) and NavCanada since part of the apron was constructed inside the active air space operations. All required safety protocols were followed without incident.
Scope: 16,000 square foot Equestrian Riding Arena Complex
Description: 16,000 square foot, 80 foot clear span wooden post and truss equestrian facility. This facility includes over 3,200 square feet of office, stall, tack, and wash bay area. Above the office/tack area is a 1 bedroom, 1 bath apartment with over 900 square feet of living space.
Scope: 28 foot high, 2,400 square foot Entrance Canopy for Apex Casino
Description: This 2,400 square foot Canopy punctuates the main entrance to the Apex Casino. The structural steel canopy is wrapped in fir timbers and sloped stone columns along with a 60 foot by 30 foot skylight that is illuminated with a $40,000 LED lighting system and a $200,000 LED marquee sign.
Scope: Erection of a 4,000 square foot Steel Storage building in Nisku
Description: Erection of a 4,000 square foot steel storage building on a floating concrete foundation along with all new concrete entrance ramps, overhead and entrance doors. Included was a framed enclosure structure for settling tanks.
Scope: 3 Phase interior renovation of 35,000 square foot existing casino and restaurant while still remaining in full operation
Description: September 2009 to December 2009, preconstruction services.
Phase 1: December 2009 to May 2010, 16,000 square foot demolition of existing kitchen and banquet facility. We built a fine dining area with a private dining room, bar, and lounge area with a 120 seat banquet and meeting room.
Phase 2: May 2010 to September 2010, demolition of 7,000 square foot restaurant and renovate it into a 2,000 square foot private poker room with the remaining space being redeveloped for casino table gaming area, including new washrooms.
Phase 3: October 2010 to February 2011, redevelop remaining 9,000 square feet into a new office and gaming area to allow for installation of new slot machines. Included in the renovation were all new wall coverings, millworks, carpet, lighting, and tile finishes for new washrooms, gaming area and offices.
Scope: 75,000 square foot parking lot addition
Description: The 75,000 square foot parking lot expansion included: stripping the lot, subgrade and gravel base preparation, asphalt paving with concrete curbs and approaches, storm water catch basin installation, electrical lighting, security and signage.
Scope: 16,000 square foot renovation
Description: Complete renovation of existing 16,000 square foot bingo hall into a modern 500 seat, fully catered, banquet room. The renovation included constructing a new 2,200 square foot $300,000 kitchen area that is capable of serving 500 plated dinner within 30 minutes.
Scope: 9,000 square foot hanger
Description: This 9,000 square foot pre engineered clear span structure was built as a storage facility for 3 commercial buses and 2 airplanes. The hangar was built at the Villeneuve Regional Airport which meant we had to work closely with the Edmonton Regional Airport Authorities and NavCanada to ensure the building met all the requirements for a business jet facility.
Scope: 8,000 square foot addition and 9,600 square foot renovation to existing casino
Description: The 8,000 square foot addition connected the existing casino to the newly constructed bingo hall. The east wall of the existing casino was removed creating a 17,600 square foot gaming facility. The existing 9,600 square foot casino building was completely renovated after hours (3am to 9am) so as to not negatively impact the customer's experience or cash flow, while the casino maintained regular business hours.
Scope: 16,000 square foot new construction building
Description: The construction of this 16,000 square foot stand alone facility was designed to house the Campbell Park Bingo Association. The 700 seat facility had the latest in bingo hall design features.
